Rebozo Masage

Service Description

Rebozo Masage comes from Mexico. It is a gentle massage that relaxes and balances the lower back and pelvic areas, increases the natural flow of the body. It can provide the mother comfort and well-being, through the “Manteado” which is a soft movement in the belly, the head and the buttocks. This can help the baby descend through the birth canal more easily. A rebozo massage is good during birth and after birth. It has different benefits for either. The massage is about 1 hour long. *If I come to your home make sure you warm the area where the massage will take place so you feel comfortable. I don’t require a bench just a nice 2x2m space if possible. 

*please wear a comfortable clothing, ig. Leggings, cotton long sleeve top with no wide sleeves, socks and either no or a very lose bra with no wire for maximum enjoyment.
